Automotive Service Customer Care Appointment Coordinator - Full Time

Job Description:

• Manage the scheduling of vehicle service, repair, and maintenance appointments for the dealership service department.
• Greet customers in a pleasant and professional manner via the phone or in person.
• Effectively listen and communicate with service customers to determine the nature of their vehicle needs.
• Manage a high volume of incoming and outbound phone calls.
