The service department of this dealership is always very professional. They are courteous when scheduling the appointments and honest about how much services will cost and how long it will take. While waiting for repairs it's like sitting in your living room. Their's free coffee, newspapers and television available. Most of the time I talk to other customers who always seem pleased with their service or the salesman I leased the car from. My decision to buy out the lease on my 2008 Accadia was greatly influenced by the way this dealership treats me when I'm there

Went to purchase a used car, and was given the best treatment by the manager Victor! He took me through a few different scenarios and price ranges, in the end I ended up with a great car that was within the budget discussed. I also want to mention Mike who definitely made me laugh and helped with my decision. I have been recommending the dealership to anybody looking to buy a car.

I am a previous customer from the former dealership and some time has passed since I've been to the dealership for a visit. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the receptionist (I think Erica?)- she was very friendly and pleasant. Randy, my salesperson, was very helpful in walking me through my purchase and never pushed me into buying. Before I left, Victor introduced himself and offered to answer any other questions I might have had- again, not pushy. Unfortunately, I did not end up buying due to some personal changes, but when I am ready I know right where I'm going. The entire experience made a big impression on me and I will always recommend them when someone needs a car.

Outstanding service - had difficult to diagnose problem on my new corvette and Charlie fit me in right away. Jeremy was on top of things and called me every day to give me a status report on finding the problem and repairing. Found a second issue and took care of it as well. Very on top of their game! Great service, knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommend to anyone.

Dear Mr. Penske:
 
I am the owner of a motorhome with a Workhorse chassis and have had the privilege of having my vehicles serviced at your facility for recalls and general service.   Since 2006, when I purchased my motorhome, I have had some issues with the motorhome and had been referred to your truck repair facility in Shillington.
 
During this time I had occasion to call your service department when my wife and I were on the road in Maine and received valuable advice from your service department on how to rectify the problem and I was also directed to the nearest Workhorse repair shop, if needed.
 
Most recently, we were in the western part of PA when we experienced a problem with our brakes.  Since there is a current recall for the problem, I contacted the 800 number which was provided by Workhorse, to obtain assistance.  This proved futile due to the fact that the nearest facility (1 ½ hours away from my location) said that they would not help me for at least 3 to 4 weeks.  I contacted Workhorse again and they gave me another number to call that was over 2 hours away.  No one was the least bit sympathetic to my plight while I was broken down on the side of the road.
 
My next phone call was to your facility in Shillington.  I was greeted very cordially by Lisa who immediately put me on the phone with John.  While speaking with John, he listened to my problem, told me what to do and I was on my way to my destination in Mill Run, PA.  John told me to check in with him at any time and also recommended that I visit your repair facility upon my return home. 
 
I did as John suggested and through the efforts and technical assistance of your fine staff, my problem was taken care of in a very prompt and professional manner.
 
Due to the way I have been treated in dealing with Penske GMC Truck Service & Repair, I will highly recommend your facility and staff.  They are indeed a credit to your organization.

Dear Sir:  (Letter addressed to Daniel F. Akerson, Chairman & CEO, GM Headquarters, Detroit, MI)

This letter is about an experience I had with your Penske dealer in Shillington, Pennsylvania.  In keeping with my tradition of over the years buying GM products I took ownership of a new GM Sierra 1500 4WD on 19 February.  Almost immediately after drving the Sierra off of the lot I noticed a clunking noise coming from the area of the rear axils.  Two days later I returned it to the shop.  Today Penske completed the repairs to my satisfaction and the truck was returned to me.

In the process of buying the truck and returning it for the repair I had occasion to have contact with every department at Penske including sales, finance, guest relations, courtesy car drivers, parts, service counter and mechanics.  To further assure myself that my mechanical problem was not the subject of a recall I also spoke to your Kaela at the GM Texas customer assistance center (71-911065373).  I am sure you will be pleased to know that I found all of the people I had interaction with to be professional, patient, helpful, knowledgeable and most of all polite.  It is a pleasure doing business with Penske and General Motors.
